Design
Site Analysis: During in-depth review of the site, a Site Inventory will be completed, which includes the physical, biological and cultural attributes of the site. These are all important contributing factors that need to be fully understood before beginning the design phase.
Masterplan: The Masterplan is the concept phase of design and includes routing the golf course and determining the final location and lengths of each hole. It also reviews the relationship between the golf course and housing developments and resort.
Construction Drawings: Project implementation is the process of converting the design ideas developed through Design Development into reality. This is done with Construction Documents, which consist of Construction Drawings and Specifications. These documents show great detail and describes to the golf course contractor how to create the final product.
Construction Supervision: DeSimoneGolfDesign will make regular site visits throughout the construction process to ensure that the project is being built in accordance with the construction documents and the overall vision of the project. Site visits will depend on construction progress and milestones, but will typically be done every 4 to 6 weeks. During the site visits, DeSimoneGolfDesign will review all construction work and make any necessary adjustments to the design, in the field, to ensure the best golf course is built.
DeSimoneGolfDesign Team has a wide experience in existing golf course restoration, renovation and innovation.

“Golf is the closest game to the game we call life. You get bad breaks from good shots; you get good breaks from bad shots – but you have to play the ball as it lies.”
